Villa Marina Arcade and Collonnade

Work is progressing well to refurbish the Villa Marina Collonnade and Arcade in Douglas. The old collonnade has been demolished and stripping out of the Arcade is well advanced. New columns have been constructed to form the collonnade and steelwork to the roof structure is complete.

Airport Departure Lounge Extension

The contract to construct the extension to the Departure lounge at Ronaldsway Airport for the Department of Transport was completed on time and within budget in May 2007. The new facility provides significant additional space to accommodate the increased and projected passenger numbers well in to the future.

Janet's Corner Demolition and Rebuild of Public Sector Houses

The contract commenced on 29 May 2007 to construct 26 dwellings at the Castletown housing estate on behalf of the Department of Local Government and the Environment. This constitutes Phase 2 of an ongoing phased redevelopment of the entire estate. Works are progressing well and several house blocks are now roofed and internally fitted out.

TLC Business Solutions has entered into a contract with us to provide a new business unit at Ballafletcher, Braddan. Pictured (left) is Sue Gee, Managing Director of TLC officiating at the sod cutting ceremony.

Work is continuing on providing a new Workshop and Boat Store for Onchan Commissioners at Pennington Hall, Onchan.
