The Brief To Regenerate Janets Corner Public Sector Housing
The Client Department of Local Government and the Environment
Work continues on the replacement of the public sector houses on this estate on behalf of the Department of Local Government & the Environment.
Phase One upgraded existing houses whilst Phase Two the first batch of traditionally built houses was constructed and are now occupied. In Phase Three the all the blocks of houses together with two blocks of bungalows have been handed over to the Client with work proceeding on the rest.The blocks of flats are all roofed and plastering is nearing completion whilst work continues on the roads, drainage and parking areas.
